I keep seeing that commercial stating that Rhino have caused injuries from roll overs and if you have been hurt Yamaha is at fought, so i took there number and gave them a call. The number is 1-800-288-0791 his name is Robert Goldwater, I called and told them what i thought of these BS alegations and they hung up on me, but we cant let these guys win. Rhinos and UTVs are no different than dirt bikes, atvs, golf carts, heck even go carts you can be seriously hurt or killed. Just wondering everyone else's opinion on this, this add really got under my skin

i agree they only as safe as you drive them.  If you drive them unsafe then your likely to get hurt. Its not the machines fault its the operator.

I agree 100% if you get hurt it is not the machines fault its yours, if you cant ride or dont want to take the time to learn to ride safe then stay off the machines. I saw the commercial to and thought the same thing that you did. Greed is a dangerous thing and that is what these lawyers are is greedy they will do anything for a quick buck, i hope that yamaha breaks out the big bucks and hires the best defense possible to beat these crooked lawyers.

Probably every single person insured in a Rhino accident were driving it in a manner in which it was not meant to be driven.  Is it the gun's fault when someone is shot?  Is it the car's fault when a drunk wrecks it and kills somebody?.....etc, etc.  That's one thing wrong in our country.  You can sue someone or any company for any reason.  Even if it's not legitimate.

Was it the babys fault that she had a HOT mother....lmao    PEOPLE NEED TO BE TRAINED ON HOW TO OPERATE THIS KIND OF EQUIPMENT BEFORE THEY BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!   These people that got hurt on the rhinos probably never drove an atv before....probably didnt have a clue....its really funny how they can say its yamahas fault knowing that they were driving recklessly. The bad thing is, they will probably win big money and buy two or three more rhinos.

Or like the parents I saw at a ride letting their 6 year old drive a 700 Polaris.  Every person I've seen get hurt (not racing) was alcohol related or a severe case of stupidity.  You can't legislate stupidity out of existence.

The ambulance chasing lawyers will be the downfall of us all.
