I need some help! I keep breaking the rt frt drive shaft at the inner connection. My atv has a HL 2" lift and I run 28" MST's. This year I have snapped 4 shafts all on the same side all at the inner joint. It seems like it pulls out then snaps. I have broken them in mud as well as just trail riding.
This weekend I heard a snap looked and the shaft was coming out of the Diff.
We put it back in on the trail and about 1/2 later it had come apart at the inner joint.
I understand the lift has an affect, but why only one side always. The left front is the original shaft from day 1...no problems.
Could there be something misaligned or out on the right side??
Please pass on your suggestions or experiences that may correct this from happening every ride.
Thanks in advance for your help!!!!

I would check the c-clip assuming that you are replace just the CV and using the same shaft.  Maybe check for a bent a-arm or the spring on that side being different from the other side.  I don't think a bent tierod would effect that but it wouldn't hurt to check everything on that side.

But a dual CV front axle either a monkey, or SuperATV sells one for $150
