ON MY 300 HOW HIGH CAN YOU LIFT IT WITHOUT EXTENDING ANYTHING WITHOUT IT HURTING SOMETHING

3" is about the max.

I had HL lift and shock spacers and I was pushing about 3.5" and that was WAY too much.

2" is a good safe level.
