I have a Honda 420 Rancher and I purchased an EFI programmer but im not sure how to program it. Can anyone help?

The optimizers are not the programmer of choice and is usless if you have a snorkel. Where are you located

The PC3 is the programmer of choice right now and there are a couple of guys like myself that are able to tune your EFI system for max performance
