I have put one of HL kits on every bike I have owned.  I love them.  Looks good to me and gives me a better feeling about the cooling of the bike.  IS it completely necessary?? Most people say no just move the stock radiator up on the rack and it works fine.  And I tend to agree that it will work with the stock radiator.  BUT if you have the extra money to put into it and you like the look I say why not.  I will always have one on any bike I have its worth the money to me.

I just put one on N2Deep 08 brute and it turned out real clean.  Maybe Brad will post some pics of it.

The stock rad does fine for me but I have a small bank roll. If you have a fat bank roll go with the HL fo sho cause its gots them fresh looks mane. LOL The HL will keep it cooler than a stock one and it will look alot better too. Go for it and be sure you post pics of the finished process.

No, wire the fan in w/ your factory thermostat if you can, hose is 3/4 i.d....Yes, u lengthen the fan wires, no its hard and YES its easy to mess up so BE CAREFULL!!

You have to extend the temp sensor wire and the fan power wire.  Real easy to do.  Fan wire is a blue and black wire.  The sensor is just black wires and you can cross them and not hurt anything.
