What type of bulb does the foreman have? If it is a H6M, there are many kits for it out there. It would be plug and play, but on my rancher, I had an H-4 HID Kit laying around from my old truck, so I modded my housings to fit them. So you should have no problem finding a replacement bulb for them if they do use the H6M bulb, which many quads do...

I would buy a kit off of ebay. You can buy one for $60 compared to what I have heard others paying $130. I have bought several kits off of ebay. If you need, let me know and i'll send you the link.

not sure if thats is 100% great idea to do HID is not that reliable your stock lights are 100% waterproof will it be same after modifying them is the question and depends on your skills. we prefer to have a couple of hella lights with HIDs otherwise you risk to in a complete darkness somewhere in the middle of the forest what is not that fun believe me.

i have had mine on for about 3-5 months and my bike sees more water riding than trail, no leaks ,no condensation , 0. yes it depends on your skill , but all you need to do is know how to apply silicone ..and i think its pretty darn easy.and yes the hid kits are 100% waterproof, not sure about alll of them but most are.and on the trail you can see the owls in the trees.

hids in an working good .. i used h10 bulbs 8000k color . the top bulb is a h10 so it goes in without being modified . the bottom bulbs they don't make a hid bulb so you have to use somthing similar . i used the h10 bulb in pod an headlight . the h10 bulb will pop in the headlight housing ( it fits snug ) then u just silicone around the bulb sealing the 3 gaps where the old bulbs clip in . when you go to wire up the ballast i cut the headlight harness an just used female spade connectors pushed into the ballast plug ( u can just cut off the plug an hard wire it but i wanted to be able to take them off if needed ) an filled the plug it silicone so it was sealed . i will try to post picks of the bulbs an ballast later this week
