I just built some 5/8" solid tie rods and wanted to let anyone interested know that if you use anything bigger in O.D. than 1/2" combined with a lift kit the left side rod will rub the front diff servo while turning. So you either have to use smaller diameter than 5/8", grind the diameter in a small area down, or put a bend in it to help space it away from the servo.
