Who can do engine work on my grizz 700 (port and polish,cam,pistons, etc.) Thanks I just bought my first yamaha looking around for performance

Well since your in TX you could have Turner Cycles do it all for you. I have ported heads before and there isn't much to it if you wanted to do your own.
