Well I ordered 26x12x11 and 27x10x12 and the 26's were on back order for 8 weeks so I said just to send me the 27's for the rear. They did for the same price $328 to the door. I got them on and there is only about a 1/2'' diffrence in the height. I got 5lbs in the front and 3.5 in the back. Oh boy do they work wonders in the mud. I don't have any problems turning them it will still ride a wheelie easily.

Over all I gained about 3 inches all around

what did you get for a height on the front ones? My 27x10x12's @ 5psi are exactly 1" shorter than my 26x12x11's @ 5psi. Fronts are 25.5" Rears 26.5"

I have 4.5lbs in the front and they are right over 26'' maybe 26 1/4...The backs have 3.5lbs and are at about 26 3/4...Now thats not exact but its close. The diffrence in size is just about the same if not less then the diffrence from the stock tires.

I Have the 28-10-12 on all four coners of my bike with 12-7 MSA TROOPER 7 and they are nice. They pull hard on my 2005 AC 650 VTWIN.

Congrats on your new purchace, I plan on going with the EDLs in the front and Laws on the back on my 700 PoPo.

A lift of 2 inches and 1 inch bigger tires comes out to almost three inches lift total

The diffrence in the height of the floor boards from stock to now (10" to now 13") and the same for the rear end it was 7" and now its 10". All I added was the tires, replacing the stock 24" tires that were really about 23".

i still dont see gettin 3 inches on your rear end with just 3 inch taller tires.

more like 1.5 inches...maybe. that diff is in the center of your tire so it only moves half the distance up of the difference of the new tire's height and the old one's height. it would take a 6 inch bigger tire to get 3 inches more ground clearance.
