I just got a set from Gander Mountain. 3.5mm neoprene & 600 gram thinsulate. They were right around $100. Boots built in also.
The matching coat was around $250.
Love them!

Well I'm 6' and around 200, and there is tons of room in mine.  I kinda felt like a camo marshmallow, but it aint about stylin is it?  The sizes for the waders go by boot sizes, so I bet they would still work for you.

I've got the Hodgemans but the only advice I will stress is get the ones with the boots on them. Your less likely to poke a hole in them and they are pretty comfortable.

I am 6' 7" and weigh 240 lbs. and I wear the LaCrosse Brush-Tuff Extreme Waders. I bought them here locally but Cabela's has them.

For you "big ol' boys" the LaCrosse Super Tuff Expandable II Waders would be a good choice.

I could give you a link but it is easy to find them on their website.

I have ITASCA mossy oak 3.5mm neoprene waders with built in 1000gram thinsulate boots for $99. I use them for duck hunting and mud riding, they work great!!! I'm 5'7 and 150lbs and they fit me just fine with a little wiggle room.

I just unloaded 4 pair (mine & friends) out of the back of my truck, some cheaper than others and they all work great. I think I've worn all 4 one time or another, and I actually prefer the cheaper waist waders I bought at Walmart because of the comfort.

Just go down to your nearest academy sports and get a pair of Magellan's waders,,, they are neo, boots included and work really well,, OH yea they are brown so if they get real muddy just rinse off and it doesn't look bad if they still have a little mud on them,LOL,,they roughly run about 79$$ plus tax,,,,

I had my first experience with Gander Mtn. this weekend, and holy crap!! Their stuff looks cheap in quality, but cost about 50 bucks more than anything from Bass Pro or Cabela's. I wont be going back.

Through Cabelas (I am sure your local place can get em too) they have husky sizes as well others. You order by shoe size and add the husky part....
I have had my Hodgeman waders for about 2 yrs. What out for the foot pegs on a four wheeler, they can tear up the bottom and they will leak. I took the pegs off the Foreman I had, and off the h1 as soon as I bought it. RTV'ed the tears and no problems for over 1 1/2 yrs now.
I need to hit up Academy soon if they have $50 waders! Always need a spare pair just in case.

I stand almost 6', and am close to 230.  I got mine at Academy for bout $100.  Magellan 5.0mm neoprene chest waders with the pocket on the chest.  They hug comfortably, and are are thick enough that I ain't gotta worry bout the little pin holes in them.  Pretty durable, and if ya do get a little hole in there, they make a silicone that you can put on there (acutally designed for waders) and it'll seal them up.  Had a friend of mine rip them with the Mudzilla on his bike, and I siliconed it, and ain't had a problem since.

I just got a set with some x-mas money from dicks sporting goods.  They're neoprene and fit real nice, i found them wrongly marked, they were supposed to be 100 but the were mark for only 49.99!!!  I had to get them, it so was so crazy, the only ones marked wrong just happen to be my size!!

The only thing that might be wrong with them is they have the felt-bottomed boots??  Has anyone ever had these? I was thinkin once they wear out on the foot pegs, i could glue a set of rubber soles on the bottom of them?? What do u guys think?
