The past few times i've hauled my bike if i don't shut off the gas it floods the breather box. What could be making it do that? I'm not sure if this would have anything to do with it but... it didn't start doing that until i had a jet-kit put on it.

turn off the gas when hauling it. the bouncing, and other things that happen when transporting can make the float bounce, leading to fuel flowing from through the carb. because the bike is not running the gas doesn't burn and after a while it overflows into the airbox. Also if you have a snorkel the air passing over the snorkel can make a vaccum and pretty much suck your tank dry. just turn of the gas when you haul it and your problem will be solved.

if it filled it up, you might want to check your Oil for contamination

Do all bikes do that with jet kits?

Every machine does this to some extent.  Sometimes they just do it more than others.  This does not indicate a problem.  In fact, it indicates the EXACT reason that they put the valve there.  The trouble is not the jet kit.  The trouble is simply now noticable with the jet kit.  ALWAYS turn the fuel off when you're putting the machine up for the day, and ALWAYS turn the fuel off when you carry the ATV anywhere.

And yes, do check on the engine oil.  It doesn't always wreck that, it depends on where the valves "landed" when the engine was stopped.  Usually closed, which is a good thing, but once in a while...  Smell the dipstick.  If it smells of gasoline, your next scheduled oil change just came due.

the snorkel will pull a vacuum & suck fuel from the carb and tank. the carb drain line being plugged leaves no where for the fuel to go but the airbox also if the shacking around floods the bike. easy solution... turn the valve off when not in use.

the snorkel is one possibility, but the most likely is a bad needle valve in the carb. (attached to the float). either way...as mentioned before, check your oil for gas as well. Gas is NOT a lubricant in the motor!
