alright, ive made the decision to pass on my silverado for a couple reasons, cant afford it, automatic is boring, too big ((cant wheel on the trails around my house)), expensive to lift, too fast makes me want to break the law and i dont need anymore tickets, i want either a 89-97 toyota pickup (tacoma after 1995) or a 95-01 frontier. i know toyotas run forever and are easy to lift and big tires fit under them nicely, i dont know much about nissans though. i was looking on ebay and i saw one that was a 2001 but it looked like it was carbed is it true?? also how long do they last engine wise? i want to see some pics of lifted frontiers ive googled and all i can find really are gangster 2wd dropped with spinners, lets see some REAL trucks. also what problems do they have? (like toyotas are famous for rot and bad frames)

the frontier in that year range is expensive to lift, just to let you know.  Not too many options like the taco.

no, a 2001 Frontier isnt carbed.

Id try for a 01-04 Taco 3.4 manual ex cab TRD, jade green metallic, charcoal or white.

They are good capable trucks and even the prerunner TRD's have a locking rear diff.

The 2.7 is decent for a 4cyl but Id try to stay away from it only because I like power.

the 190hp 3.4 is a pretty stout engine, especially with the aftermarket TRD supercharger ($2800 +/-)
