How do know how much slack you should have in the diff lock cable? The reason I ask is sometimes it doesn't engage and sometimes it does. It seems like there is too much slack in it.

should get pretty tight around half pull.. tight, but just loose enough you can pull it all the way to the grip(full pull)

Do you want a Owners Manual?

I have a extra one but it is for the '08 BF750 FI, so 99% is for the other yrs.
Kawie made a mistake in the wheel removal, so they sent me another owners manual, its yours for FREE if you want it, just pay the postage.
