I'm looking at buying an 09 and putting some 31" laws on it, not going to be a crazy mud one but will hit it a little bit. but getting to the point what do I need to do to really get this thing to pull them when I do get in the sticky. I'm good with ACs but popos are a whole different thing.

Thanks

Well first off 31's arent going to fit, the 29's rub with the 2" lift. as far as turning them you should'nt have too much trouble with that. you might look into a gear reduction for it.

you should be good then, we have done gear reductions for the sportsmans and some 500 rangers but i'm not sure about the 700, u might check on that, it will be your best bet to really be able to turn them in the sticky stuff.

I have a 06 rager xp with 29 5.s skinnies , and got highlifters gear reduction and extream cluch kit. And I dont know if it would handle 31s. my biggest complaint is the rev limiter it kicks in at like 15 miles an hour!

I got a Ranger Crew and have no problem turning 29.5 O/Ls. Why so much tire?

You'll need a clutch kit for sure and a CATVOS lift.
