Do ya'll know if anybody makes an engine flush for ATVs?  I wanting to flush my engine oil before I start putting my brand of oil in it.  From what I've read and been told is that you don't want to mix different oils because it won't lubricate like it should.

Anyways, I'd appreciate any info ya'll can give me on this.

Well I know the best thing for flushing the motor once water is in it is tansmission fluid.  Or so I've been told.  This may be the best route to take.

No matter what you use about a half a quart will always stay in the motor, I would just change it twice
the half quart of the old stuff will get mixed and will mostly be gone with the second change. You could also use a little marvins mystery oil.

Is that what you use SANDMAN?  How do you flush while using Seafoam?  Warm the engine first, put a cheap oil filter on then pour bout half a bottle of Seafoam in the crankcase and let it do it's thang for 20 minutes then drain the oil, take the cheap oil filter off and replace it with the good oil filter and fill it back up with oil.

Right theory or not?

pretty much,i just dont waste a filter at the start use the one thats on it.i usually drain out about as much oil as i am gonna put in seafoam, then let it idle for 20 minutes  and then drain hot.change filter and replace with oil.after second oil change you should have all new stuff in it.

napa makes an engine flush ive used before. seemed to do the job the oil comes out like water. just dont let it idle to long if you use it i believe it breaks down the oil so much that it could keep it from lubricating properly. and be sure to put a new filter in when you change to your brand of oil.

I wouldn't let it idle no longer than 15 minutes.  That should give it enough time for it to do what it needs to do.

Anyways, thanks for the help.
