For me the main deciding factor was price and ride quality. The EDLs will keep up with Laws in most situations. They will out climb Laws any day, but the Laws will out paddle the EDLs. I would like to get a set of 27x12x12 Laws to go on the back, but to tell you the truth Im not very fond of the ride quality. I have ridden a buddy's Foreman 450 on 26inch Laws and I cant stand the ride. Now I have heard that the 27 ride better. My next set-up will be Laws in the back and EDLs in the front. But I will get an extra pair of EDLs to run on the back when i dont need to paddle.
