29.5's on Crushloks.

You can also go to Crushlok's myspace and see more.

Also you can go to Team Crusklok by clicking TEAM CRUSLOK in my sig.

You can trail ride them all day, just need to adjust the air preasure. Notice in the second picture there is no air at all in the front tires. I would run 10 Lbs. to trail ride.

Note: On Polaris hubs you need to run wheel spacers to create a flat serface for mounting.

So when your racing them you run em completely flat? How wide are your 29.5s that are showed. cuz i thought bout crushin my 28s for racin but they are 9.5s on the front and 12.5s on the back? Will they crush them wide tires?

i think the idea is to minimize drag by narrowing the tires down and to reduce flotation

Ah yea flotation sucks in tha bogs...I dont see why they dont make the pits more mud and less water I mean that proves a bike when it can go threw a big sloppy MUD hold besides riding threw a hole with 3 foot of water and 6 inches of mud! Kinda like truck bog that I have seen there more mud and less water

I will admit that I wish they were a little more affordable. But, in mud racing everythings expensive these days. The only way you can get the same traction as the C-Locks is to run a lot of water in your tires. But, then you're gonna be slow.

Anything you want to be competitive in will always be expensive! And even more-so when the work race is used lol.

Those EDL's look awesome on locks! I wish they made them in bigger sizes that ran true, I would kill to run 30" EDL's

No kiddin'! 30" EDL's would dominate!! I am very pleased with the traction of the EDL's on C-locks. I just wish they were taller to up the gearing on my bike a little. Once my green machine gets to revvin' I blow them out from under me. Hopefully i'll have some 30x9 Sbacks on crushlocks before the next ride!

Does anyone else have a set of Crush-Locks that look like a 4 year old cut them out with a pair of safety scissors?  I've got a set and, I swear, the craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired.  The holes all look like they were burned out with a torch.  There are jagged cuts with rough spots.  I just figured with the amount of money that HL wants for them, they'd have a better finish to them.  I'll get some pics to post up later of what I'm talking about.  The  blemishes won't effect the functionality, but they sure looked bad right out of the box.

HMMMM... Did someone ask for better quality cutting in the mud/race wheels...  They will be more out of pocket for these but look ten times better and you can even order custom cut outs..  Plasma and water jetting are a thing of the past..  I like a good clean cut myself..  Something that you do not have to spend an extra hour on just edge clean up..  What do yo guys think about these..  They will be out at Mud Stock in Oct.

Are you into metal fab?  If you are then have you looked at the price of metal lately..  Then you have to have a program made for the cutting machine then you pay for the cutting per hour..  And there is a lot of cutting on these things..  Bolts, washers, nuts, and powder coating...  Look it up Brotha..  You  will see the light...

While I agree steel is expensive and everything, and having someone run it all up on a CNC would be expensive. It seems to me that someone who was talented with a big set of calipers and a drill press could build them. Isn't it just two pieces of 3/8" plate that bolts together and has a lip on each side to squeeze down on the bead?

Just to put it too you a 4' x 8' sheet of plate will not even do two complete sets.  And the plate itself is around $220 to $260.. Each wheel has three peices...  It adds up.  And go ahead and try to just design some with a drill press.  Just your labor alone will cost more than doing it with a CNC..

I have a set of 28x12 on them and the seems to roll alot  and dont steer worth a crap unless you fill them with alot of air but then they float like normal tires. I am going back to slim tires.

the jagged cuts are caused by the start up of the plasma cutter on the cnc table or so thats what i think. a lazer cutter or a water jet cutter would make it alot smoother of holes.
