I am checking interest about having a Benifit Poker Run out at Hwy 90 for TMENGES (Tammy). Just curious about what yall thought we could have a good turnout and if it would be worth the time. NOt sure on any dates, havent talked to Leah yet, so I dont know what she'll hace to say about it, just wanted yalls opinions about it.

For those of yall that do not know Tammy she is one of the nocest people you could ever meet and she found out a couple weeks ago she has Breast Cancer. Neither her nor her husband have insurance and its gonna be quite a financial burden for the famly. This lady would give anyone the shirt off of her back if she thought it would help them out and now its time we do the same for her.

Would yall rather see a afternoon run or a later night ride?? just tryin to get ideas so we can start getting things together. I was thinkin of 4:00 to 8:00 in the afternoon so it was over before people got too........ PICKLED..... but dont know what everybody else thinks bout the time.

Whats a Poker Run? lol I have never been to Crosby and all the videos I see are of the Triangle Boys driving around in 6' deep water, surely there are ways around that right? lol.

For those of yall that havent ever been to Crosby there is alot of riding out there OTHER than the stuff you see on the Triangle Boys videos. Not everything is under water and we will be sure to make the Poker Run Checkpoints accessible to everyone that wants to ride. Thats not to say that there will only be one way in and out of the checkpoint (hehe, some bad trails, some easy trails, take your pick), because I want everybody that wants to contribute to be able to came out and ride without haveing to worry about tearing up their bikes, or not having a big enough bike to make it to the checkpoints. Yall remember that a poker run is NOT a timed race, so it doesnt matter wether you are first to the finish line or last, its the best poker hand that wins.
