Ok Some of yall I'm sure have read that I jacked the rings up. What should something like that cost? I have been told everything from $400 to $750. I have no idea what is a decent price.

Call around to a few different shops and ask them to give you a quote. That will give you an idea of what the replacement will cost you.

But remember, there are a few components that could be worn out and need replaced. That will raise the price of your quote.
