I have a buddy who owns a 95 Polaris Magnum, the transmission went out on him and he is trying to replace it with one he has on a parts bike. However, he cant seem to get the front clutch off. Can anyone give me some help on how to get it off? We have called all of the Polaris dealerships and none of them seem to carry a puller.

you can make your own for about 3 bucks, you need to get a 3/4 fine tread bolt and use a socket to take up the space inside the hole where the 3/4 fine thread bolt goes. hold clutch with a breaker bar or long screw driver then tighten down 3/4 bolt till clutch pops off, bin using this set up for years

Thanks for the reply, I will pass the word on to him. He called several dealerships and they all basically told him they dont sell them so people will have to bring them in to get worked on.
