I have some friends that are big into dirt track racing... I have always wanted to get into it... but I can't... my temper flares too easily and I dun like my stuff getting dirty all the time( little different on a 4 wheeler... I don't like riding my wheeler unless I have somewhere to go wash it off)

what Kinda Circle Track you talking bout? Dirt or Asphalt ? We run Dirt down here in South alabama... actually my Family Built www.deepsouthspeedway.com check it out.

Either one I used to run dirt for 2 yrs part time in the streetstock class. wish i had the money to buy another car and do it again its a blast. been sayin i was gone save the money and buy a top notch chassis but havnt managed to do it yet. but heres a pic of my old ride after race night. wasnt the prettiest one out there had all the money in the motor not the paint lol.

he had to Sell the Mod when he got Married last year...
Now he drives this car for me..

shes a lil Dirty. its pretty much a Streetstock with a Hung body and Boxed in interior. and a lil more Motor than a Street Stock

he had someone Brake check him on a Restart. lol

nice lookin rides i remeber when my first race went into the feature cars all ofa sudden scattered and i ended up in the pile up lol. but i got out of streetstock down here because the price at the time to build a top notch streetstock you could have a decent UMP mod. but now they put them on a Asphalt take off and the horses on them big motors aint all of it is reachin the ground now so its become more competive then what it was.

i seen circle track asphalt racing twice once in flordia at a local track (really didnt intrest me) and antother time at Daytonna Beach for the pepsi 400 daytonna was fun besides the real high prices. drag racing can get interesting tho i go out to the strip every once and a while.

h3ll if its open headers with a good tone I LIKE IT! lol yea we run UMP mods here also... some of them boys is pushin 600+ to a car with an 8 inch tire. you gotta have great throttle control for that ... and they aint no where gettin it to the ground.... Slower is Faster ...in some cases! what part of Texas are you in? i have been to CHampion Park in Minden LA and there was a bunch of ArkLaTex cars there.

Im near beamont i used to use in china on outskirts of beaumont (motoramaspeedway) which is now known as golden triangle raceway park. open headers is the best sound i agree on that because thats what i ran on my streetstock. but the best sound in my opinion is the Methonal Injection 360 n 410 sprints they are insanly responsive.

lol yup these 2 sounds here make me want to go build me another racecar. on sprint nights if we was the next class half of us didnt answer the call to get in stagin lanes we would watch the sprint race until the white flag then haul it to our cars and get in the line up or some would just to line up and get out and watch.
