have any flow specs on these jets?     I know that the DJ jets flow much differently then the other jets and they work the best in conjuction with the DJ jet needle.

don't have any flow specs, would be interesting to test Rat, the list is the cross reference, whether they match up exactly in flow, dunno, supposed to be the same flow, but you know how that goes....would be great if someone could test them all, but would require a flow meter, etc. to figure out exact flow, I would think that they are pretty close, as it comes to the size of the opening...

when it comes to needles, how the taper matches up to any taper on the jet will allow slight changes in flow at low rpms, possibly a bit higher, but not for midrange and up

My manual on my Vinson states that it has a 126 Keihin jet in it. How come its not on the list?

First off, reading someone's entire post is a good thing, that way you don't spend 20 minutes creating a post to state something that was already stated.

My bad.

Anywho, the following explanation is for those who don't quite understand the relationship between jets when looking at a table with Mikuni jets listed.

The Mikuni Jets are not stamped by their orifice diameter.  They are stamped according to their flow rate of fuel in cc per minute.

Notice how Mikuni does not have constant increments in jet sizes when compared to DJ or Keihin?

The same is true in reverse; if Mikuni jets were listed in constants of 150, 150.5, 160, 160.5, etc...the corresponding jets from DJ or Keihin would be listed in variable increments.  Check out http://faq.f650.com/FAQS/JetKitFAQ.htm for an example of the above.

So if you look at a 200 Keihin, for example, then we can make the following observations:

Orifice Size: 0.0780
Flow Rate: 166.9 CCs Fuel Per Minute
Comparable Jets:  DJ 178, Mikuni 167.5

The correct Mikuni Jet would be labeled as a 166.9, but they don't make that specific size.  If you were able to calculate your specific airflow rates, how much fuel you would need, and it came out to 166.9 CCs FPM, you would have to settle with .6 more CCs FPM because the nearest jet available with a comparable flow rate would be a 167.5.

Kind of confusing but once you understand how it all runs together, it's quite easy.
