That would be a fumble on the installer! i don't think those things happend unless you don't put the clutches back together right. Don't worry, accidents happen during the learning stages. Just pay attention to detail when you are installing aftermarket parts. Are you sure you put the dalton weights in correctly? I have heard of people putting them in backwards (opposite profile of stock) and that could have caused an instant bind.
