I had a problem but not like yours.  I had read the instruction nice and carefuly. When i put it together and went and tryed it with in 20 min of riding my clutch blu a part everything broke primary and secondary clutch.  It was really weird because i had put the new dalton pro weights and they never broke but all the other stock ones broke of ( and all at the same spot ).  IF ITS ALREADY APPEND TO ANYONE PLZZ GIVE ME SOME ADVICE WHY THAT COULD OF BROKE.

It sounds like some sort of installation error!  I think we need some good pics to help you out here.  I run a Dalton kit in my rotax swapped rhino and have no issues......

That would be a fumble on the installer!  i don't think those things happend unless you don't put the clutches back together right.  Don't worry, accidents happen during the learning stages.  Just pay attention to detail when you are installing aftermarket parts.

Are you sure you put the dalton weights in correctly?  I have heard of people putting them in backwards (opposite profile of stock) and that could have caused an instant bind.

I was wondering this also......but I wasnt sure if the primary would even go back together if that were the case??

I have never tested to see if it would even go back together but I have heard stories of people doing that by mistake.
