Bustedknuckles has found a greaseable u-joint for the Tcats. The main body is alittle bit bigger and has a bigger seal on it compared to the stock AC u-joint. For the rear and the updated front you will need Precision Part# 391 for the smaller front u-joint you will need Precision Part# 392.

Cool so the Precision Part # 391 will fit the TC in front and rear if you have the new updated front drive shaft as well. and if not the Precision # 392 will fit the front of the old style front drive shaft.

which the #392 is also the correct one for the front on the 650H1s as well.. good info

I think this will solve the rear ujoint problems we have been having. We have been getting two bog races out of the rear and they start coming apart. I also noticed the seal on the stock AC joints is tiny and I think that is the main reason they were out so quick.

$15 a piece, o'rielys or any automotive store should be able to cross that over to a spicer or another brand. I would also try a driveshaft shop.

good job on this!  I'd been researching it myself but was finding it nearly impossible to crossref Precision* online.

GWC, you should add them in as you see them the way we were doing it before, and I'll transfer to the other format periodically.  It seemed like we were starting to get pretty cluttered in there and needed a bit more organization for clarity.

Either way, all you do is 1) copy the URL you want to add, 2)add the title in sticky, 3)highlight it, 4)click the, 5) paste the URL into the box that comes up.  That puts it into the current format.

I'm adding this one as we speak...

"Saved the Day"??

You must use stock arctic u-joint clips.

I called Travis when i found it, to let him know. I didn't think it was that big of a deal. But I am glad I found it. Don't want to wear out anymore U-joints thats for sure. I really think this will Help.

I went to a Parts Plus/Machine/driveshaft shop and he measured them and brought me 2 out, they were $20/ea. I bought them and then checked the price at oreilly and they were $15. But it was worth the $10 for the service I got.

The Oreilly store I checked said its not a commonly stocked part, but there were plenty in the wharehouse and they could have them within a couple hours.

idk, i picked up the joints today and the smaller one has no grease fitting and the larger one does. Also the seals are alot bigger on the parts store U-joints than the Arctic cat joints.
