I took out my burnt out bullbs because they werent working and ordered some pilot strobe lights.  cost 7.00 bucks.  http://www.truckcustomizers.com/products/K8PIL912.84.html  heres what i did.  i took the factory socket out and pulled the bulb out of it.  next i pulled the metal piece out that held the bulb in and used it to mount the strobe light in.  then i drilled out the factory plug with a half inch bit so i could pull the strobe light through.   you just pull the strobe light through and put the metal piece back in and silicone it all up.  that way i keep the factory socket and the strobes are in nice and tight.  i siliconed everything up and after a mud ride and the car wash for an hour they turned right on and work fine.  my other factory bulbs were so burnt up it was eating the wires up so thats why i pulled them out.  its a quick and easy mod if you take your time and do it right.  took me about 45 min from start to finish.  if you have any questions feel free to ask.
