They said the one we just got was the largest, but you know how that goes...

It's pretty nice to have a Bass Pro and Cabelas within 30 mins of each other though...

I have to leave the wallet in the truck when I go.  I just "browse".  It's cheaper and safer that way.

Too lazy to search for the latest details, but suppsedly the pyramid in Memphis will be turned into a Bass Pro store.  IF that happens, then it would surely be among the biggest in the country.  It's been in the works/news for years now, but I did catch something of a deal being finalized one a recent trip thru there.  And...isn't there going to be one in Gulfport near Hwy 49 and the interstate opening up soon also???

We went yesterday. It is a nice store, but so overpriced I won't be back. It is crazy. $200 for an ice cream maker. They won't have to worry about me spending money in there. I take that back. We bought some fudge.

It is overpriced.  Every now and then they have good sales on T shirts and stuff.. Of course I was on the never ending quest to find toy that a 75 pound lab/golden retriever mixed puppy cannot tear up in 15 minutes.  Didn't find it there...  Now if they sold deer horns we would be in business. (its the only thing he can't tear up)

Get some of those dummy decoys used to train them for bird hunting. Just looks like a tube with canvas over it. I have been working with Ransom of catching the frisbee. He is getting ok at it. Just bought 10 frisbees on ebay for $7.00, so when he eats them it won't cost much.

I bought some of their remington tubes, the orange ones and he chewed it like a paper doll. lol  We have bought KONG toys and they seem to last longer.  HOSS is too hyper to focus on fetching.  But we are working on it.
