Status: offline 		My audiopipe is done I just need to paint the center, the pic is of a pyramid pb440x mounted to a 2x4 and four 2" screws hold the 2x4 from the bottom to the pipe, I had originally bought Pyle marine speakers and they sounded horrible compared to the Polk audio speakers, these speakers sound amazing, I soldered the wires to the speaker leads so theres no chance of vibrating off, if anyone wants to see  the finished product I will post later!

Status: offline 		it sounds great and very loud, the amp has treble and bass adjust, the highs on the speakers are crystal clear! I just painted it w/ krylon fusion textured nothing special but the textured look is pretty nice

And yeah looks like once it's painted it going to be perty

Status: offline 		My audio pipe has the same exact speakers and amp as yours.. quick question though.  I'm not getting any sound through my speakers.  I have power to the amp and have tried tweaking the inputs along with all the treble and bass settigns and getting nothing.  What kind of chances are there that the RCAs -> Stereo Male isn't working?

Status: offline 		Strub, make sure you wire the remote and power from the amp together to the pos 12v on the plug and the ground to the ground on the plug, if u dont run the remote wire 2 the power u will get no sound

Status: offline 		I had them together, might have had a loose connection or something.  I'll check it all tomorrow, it's storming outside now and don't want to be packing my amp around in the rain.  I had always just thought that the remote would give the amp power to turn on.

Well, the rain slowed down so I ran out there and tried it real quick, re-wired the power & remote and still nothing.  Like I said, I'm wondering if it's the RCA -> Stereo Male link.

Status: offline 		Strub, check your RCA's, and make sure they are plugged in all the way. Make sure your audio source is plugged in all the way. Check all the plugs.

Status: offline 		OK the 6" schedule 40 pvc was free, the elbows normally cost $20each, the amp was $18 + shipping, speakers are $100 new I got them for $50, and $10 for the ipod cable
