Heres the finished pics after last nights ride and I just got done hosing them down, I have am hmf pipe w/ no quite core and I can here it perfect its nice and loud and very crisp sounding!

I went w/ the Polk speakers so it was a little more and a pyramid pb440x amp, it cost about $115 total I didnt have to pay for the pvc which helped alot and the cig plug I got at goodwill for $1

I got a question as i am building my own audiopipe right now. How did you bolt the speakers to the 90's and
did you use 6-1/2 speakers.

cut 2 pieces of the 6" pvc just long enough to fit into the hole on each 90. then glue the pieces of pipe in one end of each 90. then you will be able to screw the speakers into the pieces of pipe you just put in. thats what i am giong to do. hope it helps.

whats the length and width of it? can i get a close up of where the wiring comes out of the pipe? can it be made shorter or does it need a certain amount of airspace? thanks. again it looks real good.

With 6 1/2" speakers...exact airspace isn't that critical.
The one i made before I relocated my radiator was just 2 elbows butted together connected with a very short piece of pipe.
It sounded great...even with a set of $30 speakers...





As for the cable you need...try Radio Shack.That's where I got mine.
