Status: offline 		I have heard about a shaved down artic cat timing key giving the Polaris more power.  Does anyone have any info on this or any hands on knowlage on it.  I would like to do my 06 800 Sportsman and my 08 RZR

Status: offline 		i dont konw too much about it as of yet, but my buddy did it to his 07 700 and thats the only after market part and he beat his brother on a 07 brute 750, so it works some wonders, ill ask him and let you know, im planning on doing the same thing

Status: offline 		I put a .04 timing advance in my wifes 06 800 and it seems to rev faster.  I like the mod.  Cheap as well.  If interested I have a .02 and a .03 advance key I will sell ya cheap.  I have heard of a .05 doing well but they are hard to come by most of the time.

How much for the .03 key?
I have a .015 & cant feel much gains at all.

Status: online 		I had the .030 key. It made the bike rev faster. A guy on quadsquad tested a bunch of them and the .030 seemed to work the best. The others were either too close to the stock key or they advanced the timing too much and made it feel slow.

I was the 1st to post about the timing key advance mod. I origanly had the 0.030 key mod, then went to the 0.050 mod once TT started making them.... From my seat of the pance feel, I think I gained power, low end at least, from advancing the timing more.
