Does anyone know a way to add a inch or 2 without springs or a lift kit? i have seen where someone put spacers on there shoks/springs on a bruteforce

i tightened my springs all the way up and got some...not sure how much exactly

I know a guy who has two brut forces and on both he puts a spacer inside the spring and he said it gives him about an inch. he used a thick pice of pvc at the top of the spring..... The suspension on his bike is so hard now. I wouldn't do it..

If you use 2" ID pipe (2.375" OD) you can make spring spacers but for how much more of a pain it would be to install I would just do a bracket lift kit. I made my own 2.5" lift for mine, it stiffened up the ride some but nothing too bad.

I haven't put my lift on yet, but my plans are to put the HL kit on, then run the springs on the softest setting.  Hopefully to gain about 1-1 1/2" of lift.  Plus, it would allow the suspension to droop as much as compress.  Since I mainly trail ride, I'm hoping this works...I dunno...we'll see.
