I've got about 1300 miles on mine so far w no problems to speak of. The brake light switches on the handlebars are a little cheesy. They go out about every 500 miles for me, but they're only about $6 apiece. The KQ is sub-par design to me. The build quality is there, but the engineering isn't even with Yami IMO. They had reverse gear issues, and are geared higher. I had an AC500m. It's the same chassis of their entire current lineup. Some of the new models are 'ride-in' which means they have softer shocks and a lower seat (not very significant, but AC uses it as a marketing tool....). They're sub-par by a mile in engineering, build quality/manufacture, and everything else except marketing to the mud riding crowd. I tore the dif mounts loose on the frame and grenaded the front driveline at about 1100 miles w 28" swamp lites. Many others have done the same. The 500s and 650s are plagued with bevel gear issues. The 650 V2s and some 500s had frame breakage issues---major ones. The powdercoating on mine flaked off in several places and the wire routing was poor. If you want a straight line pit dominater that you don't mind working on, it's a beast, but it just doesn't compare to the king and the grizz IMO.
