i just ordered mine tonight.  should be here in a few days.  i shot a bow with a string catcher the other day at the new Bass Pro in Spanish Fort(just east of Mobile, Al) (which by the way is the best one ive ever been to)  and it was QUIET!!!so i decided to order an aftermarket one for my bow instead of forkin out $800.  ill let yall know how it does.

I had something similar to this on 1 ofg my past bows & I think it's what caused it to nearly blow up! LOL! JK! It sounded like it blew up though!  It did split the upper limb & sent splinters into the handle!  It scared the ever loving pizz outta me! I didn't know whether to drop it or jump off my shooting tower! Good luck & hope it turns out better than mine did! Later                           Brandon

LOL He probably wishes he would have gotten this info befor ordering. Man I can only imagine setting on a deer stand and it be about 20 degrees out and pull that bow back and hear it crackin' lol. Good luck to ya man, if Brandon has had this problem you may want to try to google this and make sure it not a promlem with a lot of folks. JMO of course.

I have something similiar to it on my dxt.  They work good, my bow is extremely quiet now.  You'll like it.

Looks like a modified STS to me.  That's what I have and it definitely quiets things down.

That is basically what is on by bear bow. I took it off an it was a ton louder without it. I have had that bow for 3 years without a problem.
