went to crosby yesterday and rode well the parking lot sand was a little soft and i was pulling a big trailor  so i put it in 4wd high i park and rode all day so when i left i still had it in 4wd high but i forgot to take it out because of other distractions and i drove all they way home with it in high so my questions is did i totally screw my driveline by doing this or do i have nothing to worry about........it didnt do anything funny and i have never had a problem before with it

did you have a lot of curvy turning roads, or mostly interstate driving? If you didnt turn much your probably fine.

Its probably fine then, just dont due it often.  It puts a lot of strain on the cv-joints, front diff, and transfer case.  The old full time trucks dont have this problem because for one they were straight axle, and two the transfer cases were designed to slip in high traction situtions.
