What do you guys run to make them fit? Ive seen it done with just a 2" bracket lift and HL springs, would this be sufficient with the right amount of trimming and maybe some munkey axles?

The way I see it is you can fit 29.5s on one stock.... and I dont mind trimming a little plastic. Im just deciding on what tire to get. Eventually im gonna get some axles but the stockers will hold up for now because I know how to work the thumb

Nobody?? I know some guys out there have this setup.... I know it possible I just wanna know what kind of clearance problems you guys have! If possible maybe even some pictures to help make up my mind.

search the user gearslayer...he has the 31's with the 2" HL lift and the HL springs...

they will fit without the springs but they will rub the floor boards. i trimed some off. i think the springs will keep it from rubbing but not for positive. i do plan on getting some springs but after some other mods...

Will the tires rub the BOTTOM of the floor boards like the flat spot or just where it starts to flare over for the fender?

it will rub the bottom of the floor board. i think the springs will prevent it though. i will try to post some pics tomorrow of my floor boards where i cut them

Well im lookin to do springs too but im also going to run SRA wheels on the back to space them WAY out. I might not have the same problem as you when im done....

With springs it will still rub. But only when you hit a good bump. I talked with Gearslayer on this when he modded his grizz. I plan on doing the 4" SLC lift, and might go to 31s, But not 100% sure yet if I wanna go that big. Dont like breaking too much stuff. Parts to canada, is a good wait.

The way I see it is.... bigger tires+less lift= cool factor. because nobody else likes doing it! Gotta be different!! Better than your regular old 2" bracket lift with some 29fives on there with a loud muffler. lol Gotta tuck 'em up in there and go big!

I dont like buying tires twice so I know when I get ready to lift it big ill just sell the bracket lift and still keep the big tires! Lets just hope it all works out.

i like having the 31's. you will deff. not be disappointed. it does look cool without having a huge lift. the grizz does turn them with no problem. it will stand up and walk on thumb command... lol. can't wait to finish the rest of my mods...

Well like I put in my other thread, I just got my EPI white in today and tomorrow im off work and its payday so im gonna go hit up the dealer and get my weights and get my buddy to swap out the spring while I wait!! Its gonna be nice. Im goin to get the laws saturday after work from a friend of mine. (they didnt fit on his prowler

) haha but they're gonna fit on my beast!

I had 31x11s on sra wheels and they barely rubbed the front fender just wid a 2 in hl lift

Well i think im gonna have x9s on the front.... I gotta call the guy tomorrow and find out if he got fatties all the way around of just stuck with a normal set. I found out through a friend of mine and they're only gonna cost me $500

never even touched the dirt.

Yea I cant wait until mine does that.... it runs like poop right now since I snorkeled it. Im waitin on my muffler and programmer to get here! Shipping seems to take forEVER when you wanna ride!!! lol I have a guy whos tradin me skinnies for fatties so ill have x11s all the way around

and my wheels should be here next week! I cant wait to get this thing in the mud.

my radiator kit messed up my balance point so im still trying to get use to it. can't wait to get my programmer and clutch kit and it will be real easy...
