I am in the same situation, looked at a friend of mine's bike and it don't look like there is an easy way to do it.  The way that the intake is, seems like ya would have to seal off the stock intake, and fabricate something off the side, or top of the box.

I have a picture or two in my webshots that shows a top shot of my airbox lid with the elbow coming out of it.

i use the 1.5'' for my intake an it ran like crap.. it wasnt getting enough air... i redid it to 2'' all the way an it solved the problem... 2'' or DUAL 1.5's for the intake.. for the 2 clutch hose's 1.5 will work as it dosen't need the air like the air intake..

Yeah I ran 1.5" up to the plastic cover and then went to 2" to make it all look good. But on my air intake I ran 2" all the way and it runs just fine.

Hey what did you use to glue and seal the 2" elbow to the airbox lid? I am hoping to get my Grizz back from the dealer soon and then I will snorkel it. I am even considering an attempt dual 2" intakes and then full 1.5" for the tranny all through the front hood lol. I don't know if it will work or not though... lol

i used splash zone, that stuff works great.. you can even applie it under water an it will harden.. my grandfather told me about it when i was snorkeling mine.. he told me to use that an it will not leak.. cant go wrong with it...... if you do use it heres a (tip) its a 2 part one is white an the other is black, heres the tip, before you start mixing it get some real soapy water an keep it wet as you mix it together with you hand.. the soapy water will help it not stick to you... the soapy water will not harm the splash zone... you can tell it is mixed correctly when it turns gray an it will be like putty... then once you applie it to the airbox an the fitting, just smooth it out with your finger's to get a good clean look..

Does The Home Depot carry that Splash Zone? What is it actually intened for use wise? Right now I have a tube of Loctite Epoxy Gel, Permatex Epoxy Plastic Welder, and Amazing Plumber's Goop I can use, I just want to make sure I use the best thing. I really don't want to find out I have a leak trying to drive down a creek with nothing but the snorkels out of the water lol.

i would think home depo or lowe's carry's it.. i got mine's from the local hardwear store... it use to stop leak's.. it can be used in swimming pool, boat haul's an anything that is leaking or that you don't want to leak... it cant be applied on wet or dry surfaces... it realy is some good ****.. i actualy tried to take my 90 out of the airbox intake by hand to see how strong it was an would hold an i couldn't get it off.. try it an you will be satisfied, i garuntee!!!! you can paint it also an it wont flake off.. the paint stick's realy well to it...

I just cut off the female end of another elbow and glued it on the inside of the airbox to make sure that it was staying in.

I would have to agree. the one 1.5 hose is enough, but will neen to do the hanger mod. or a different kind of filter. I did two 1.5 and it was too much, and had to adjust the fuel.

i tried the 1.5'' hose an it ran like crap, but ididnt have the hanger mod... used 2'' an it ran fine after.. i see what how it would work well with 1.5'' hose an a hanger mod.. when i redid it to 2'' i had to trim some plastic for the hose...      maybe i will buy a new plastic piece an redo it back to 1.5'' an do the hanger mod if yall say it works..

I am in the process of snorkling the bike right now.  Most likely using a single 1.5" in for the intake.   For better breathing would you recommend doing hte hanger mod?  I dont have any plans on adding a programmer , different air filter, or custom exhaust.
