Status: offline 		Im about to snorkel my 300 and i have the pipe i need to do it. I just want to know what lines and how many lines do i have to snorkel to the main pipe. And is there any other little things i should do to help make it water tight. Any help is gladly excepted!.

Status: offline 		use 1 1/4 pvc, run all 5 vent lines (diffs, brakes, and carb) there under the gas tank. reroute your crankcase breather hose into the air box and seal around it. and that should be it. good luck

Status: offline 		I used 1 1/2 pipe. I don't have a pipe yet or filter change, and did not need to rejet. All my vent lines and engine breather were rerouted up to top of snorkel also. I recomend running the engine breather up also and NOT cutting a hole in the airbox. Its just another hole that could possibly leak and if you resell the bike later on and new owner doesnt want the snorkel, it hurts the value. JMO.

Status: offline 		Use 1.5" pipe, not 1.25".  You need to snorkle the carb vent, crankcase, front diff, transfer case, and rear diff.  For the crankcase take the whole original hose off and run a new one because the stock hose has a secondary hose for a "drain" which can and will leak when you go deep(learned that the hard way).

Spa hose is easier to use for snorkling.

Status: offline 		how are you guys using 1 1/2 pvc?? i could not get it to fit on my 300, the 1 1/4'' pvc fit PERFECTLY into the airbox hole i didnt even have to use any sealant....

Status: offline 		i use to have spa hose until the exhaust melted a hole in it. imo pve pipe is much better, its stronger, more rigid, and i think it looks better, it only took me 30 minutes to put my snorkel on. and it works just as if i had bought it from a store. i love it!!

Status: offline 		no pvc is better just use (rain or shine pvc glue) it wont crack when it gets hot and cold quickly
