i have a 650 H1 arctic cat and am having a hard time deciding on 28's. i like the mst and vampires. what are there true sizes? any opinions on these two?

The MST should measure true to size, the 28 EDL Vampires measure about 26.5 inches tall and 8 inches wide.

I would suggest figuring out what type of riding you do first, as MST's and Vampires are two completely different tires designed for equally opposing terrains.  After that, you can more easily decide if x tire or y tire will be a better choice for your riding conditions.

my 28s measure true to size with 5 psi in them

I have 28" MST's on my grizzly. They pull good, ride great, measure true to size and are not to harsh on the roads on my deer lease. If you ride any trails the Vamps are going to tear them up.
