I have a 2006 Sportsman 800 that when it gets warmed up it starts to cut out and die. I replaced the spark plugs under 5 hours ago and it will not start back up after it is getting warm/hot until it cools off. Anyone have any Idea what could be wrong here??

I have no idea I just bought mine it is an 07 with only 2 hours on it so far lol

Not sure about 800 efi's , but I do know from experience that sometimes a bad coil will do this. When the windings heat up their maybe a break in them, once heated they expand enough to come apart so current will no longer flow.

when it starts dieing unscrew your gas cap to se if it is building pressure. mine does the same thing and thats the problem, tank is not venting properly, when i relieve the pressure it runs fine

I tried taking the Gas cap off and it wont run, I may have to try a new coil, anyone know what they run

K now back to the issue. Just from what I read on other threads it could be your fuel pump.. I have an 06 500 that is doing the same thing. Not really dying but more like bogging down or surging. I am leaning toward the fuel pump..

Maybe check your fuel tank vent line, could be stopped up with mud not letting it vent properly.

I have also heard of fuel pumps doing this when they heat up.It's possible.

Yep, sounds like the typical fuel pump problem or maybe that sensor thing on the air box. You can get the fuel pump from auto parts store. Tell em' you need a fuel pump for a 89-92 Hyundai.
