So I went to start the BB today and went to set the choke and it was stuck in the closed position pretty firmly so I just tugged then heard a small pop and now it is constantly choked unless I get down there and pull on it where it goes in the carb by hand....What do you think it is ?

you need a new choke cable and you should work the choke with some wd40 or some thing to loosen it up alittle JMO

u dont need the entire cable
if you look there is a plastic piece and i wanna say a rubber piece around where it goes into the carb, its a plastic or nylon nut, i broke mine off when i was adjusting on my carb cuz i didnt take it out and it broke, i went and bought the piece, came with the entire choke assembly section that goes into the carb

not that part number i gave you...when u get home and look at the bike, get on the left side of the bike and look at the top left of the carb, its on the left but its on the upper half of the carb where the cable goes into the carb, there should be like some sort of goofy looking rubber or plastic piece that kinda looks like a bell in a way, then a nylon nut that has threads that go into the carb, if im not mistaken where the cable goes back and turns towards the carb there is a hard either metal or plastic tube that is around the actual cable and the end of that fits into one of those two pieces i mentioned above, if either one of those is broken itll allow the cable to pull out enough to cause it to stay opened or at least opened up somewhat to allow more stuff through than it should be i guess is how it is

if this link works its part number 21 that im talking about, all those small pieces are all together in that one part number, that tube piece that is around the cable when it turns goes in on the lower right piece of part number 21

Yea I see what you are saying.....The cable follows down from the handle bar, makes a curve into a metal brass typed line then into a rubber bell looking thing that goes into the crab.....I think my probelm is behind that bell looking rubber piece where it goes into the carb
