Hi guys a friend has a 1999 timberwolf 4x4 and wants to snorkel it does any one have instructions and pics of how to snorkel them?

easiest way is to use 1.5 pvc. the rubber couplers fit perfect over the stock flange off the air box. then just rought it the way you want it.

do a trial run first befor you glue it. then marke all the connectors so you know get the right angles when you put it back together.

Shouldnt be that complicated being the airbox is the only thing to snorkel, other than the exhaust. I would do exaclty what YAMAFORD said.

use 1.5 inch hose like stated and route it up using flex hose.we ran it from the airbox..to the right...and up the fender all using spa hose

I wont be able to use spa hose I can only use abs pipe.

what size rubber couplers?

How many ccs is the timberwolf?
And is it a yamaha or suzuki?

they are 250cc and made by yamaha. you could either get 2x4 or 4x4

 Heres a pic. used scrubber hose. Dont forget to snorkel both lines (atmos. vent and overflow)from the carb.

The easiest way is to cut the little shroud off above the stock breather and cut a slot in the seat and just glue 1.5" pvc over the top of the tube then you can run the snorkel in whatever direction you want too. samwisw70, did that EPI clutch kit help out any??

hey i have a timberwolf and i just snorkeld and jetted and i cant get it to run right for some reason i wont take off at all and sputters at anything over half throte here are are some pics to  see what  i did read the captons.     http://www.supermotors.net/atvs/registry/19114         please  help me
