in addition to what birdmanf250 said, on the bottom of the throttle body, there is a vent line with a check valve on it... i kept the check valve inline, but run it up with the rest of them. and like he said, there IS a slit in the crankcase ventline and it WILL suck in water if its not sealed up or the line replaced.. and yes, there is also a vent line for the fuel tank that will take in water also.. So in total, there are 8 things to watch for..
