got my new cam in and started installing tonite and has come to a stop. cam is set in its place but not sure on the timeing being right. the flat line on the cam sproket [front side of the sproket] is flush with the decking of the cyl. on tdc. but the paper with the cam says to set it from the back side of the sproket with the ''A'' mark a little to the right of the hole on the sproket. that dont seem like a good reading to me and i dont like to skrew things up when i work on them. if you set it up for flat mark on the deck the ''A'' is to the left of the hole so which is right. has anyone done this before and which way is the proper way of seting this.

thanks man that is what i was thinking it would be alot better readings with the line than the hole and the A mark.
