Hey, Was crawling around under my new Ranger last night in the garage, just lookin around. I notice that there is a set of upper mounts on the outboard side of the frame from where the shocks are now. What is the purpose of these? Could not decide if it would lift it or lower the rear by using these instead of the current ones? Any ideas? thanks Mark

not a dumb question. if u want to lift your ranger move the shocks to the outside hole and stiffen them up and put a lift on the front and u got a 2" lift for half price.
