Hey, my buddies got an 07 800. He installed the rear lift, pulled the 4wheeler out of the garage, turned it around to do the front lift. Well the weather got bad and he called it quits. A few days later when he tried to move it, it wont start. Nothing powers on, no lights, no display, nothing. Battery is charged, checked the fuses under the front storage box.

Any ideas on where to go next?

And yes the switch is in the run position.

check your solenoid I have had problems with mine

have you cheaked battery connections first

solenoid sounds like the colprate just look by the left side of the upper frame by the seat

Check the hot lead at the solinoid for the ECM. It comes off the solinoid as a fuseable link then turns to a red lead to the ECM, either the connection has corroaded and come apart or the link blew.

If thats not it I would say check the fuses again.

kill switch just went out on mine no power anywhere

Sorry to bring up a really old post but I am having the same problem and still can't figure it out. I was riding along and everything went dead...no lights ect. and when I turn the key on it doesn't make any noises. I checked the fuses and the outside 20amp fuse was blown and the inner 20amp fuse was burnt up (like the plastic was all burnt up and black). I replaced all fuses and I still have no power...I just hope I didn't burn anything up since 1 fuse was literally burnt.
