An easier way??? It is pretty easy right now. Open up the secondary by using 2 of the screws that hold the clutch cover on. the 2 screws will open the secondary allowing the belt to drop, then there should be enough room to take it off the primary side.

Soapy water and a scrub brush and then rinse it all out good

Thanks alot bud. you seem pretty knowledgable about this stuff. this is my 1st wheeler. got another question for ya. well the belt looked fine and all. not as dirty as i thought it would be but it feels like it keeps slipping. well for instance when im stopped and i hammer it it feels like it takes a second for something to engage instead of going right when i hit the throttle. it does it most of the time but not all the time. any ideas??

Your rollers could be dirty, or your just experiencing the KQ lag. The belts bad if its starting to fray or get glazed over on the sides.

It is to that hard to take the rollers out and clean them up, do you have an impact gun to remove the retaining bolt? If not you may have buy or build a clutch holding tool.

I have a 07 king quad camo. Is there anyway to keep the clutches dry when you go through a deep mud hole?

And seal up the belt housing real good! A good bead of Ultra black around the gasket & put back together! Good luck & holler if/when you need anything else!  Later             Brandon
