Were the 2006 h1's available in black only? this was also the first year for the h1 correct? Thanks.

Yes, 2006 only in black. First year for H1 was 2005, in 2006 they used rubber motor mount cradle to smooth out the vibrations. The also changed the secondary clutch in 06 that eliminated hesitation. Pretty much the same other than that

exactly... and dont forget both years also came with the limited edition faulty bevel gears

I also got the optional faulty bevel gear and went big and also had them include the motor case with a hole in the bottom for easier access to the exploded bevel gear..... lol....... It worked out good for me though. Warrenty covered it and I got a brand new 06 motor and tranny that had the better clutch and I think a little more power. I no longer have warrenty, I learned to take it a little easier now..
