Has anybody else had this trouble. I know the problem is the obvious that a wire is grounding out and blowing the fuse but i thought someone might know exactly where I need to look. I also noticed that it blows sometimes where I grab my brake lever.

I had it happen to mine. Its an 04 and I found wires rubbing the frame down the steering shaft. Had to take front plastics off and found a burr from a weld that rubbed through the insulation of the wire and was blowing fuses all day...

I unplugged the wires that go to the hand brake and that kept the fuse from blowing but now i cant get my gauge cluster to work

I had the same problem on a 07 500m, it was a combination of a chaffed wire on the steering shaft coming from the pod, the 4x4 actuator wires rubbing on the steering shaft, and fan wires rubbing on the same shaft. All three were causing it to ground out. I just wrapped them with rubber tape, and zip tied all the wires away from the shaft

at times, mostly it would go blanks. A few times it would get to blinking though every time i turned, and then would blow the fuse.
