this is the front right caliper
i had an extra that i just replaced with bad bolt holes, tapped em and installed it and now it wont get any pressure
any ideas
we have bled 3 full resoviors out and still no pressure

This was the same problem I was having not too long ago. If its the front brake, all I do now is fill the resevoir, leave lid off, & open bleaders on the both calipers. Let it sit until fluid is steadily draining from the bleader & then tighten. DO NOT PUMP THE BRAKE. It took a few minutes for the gravity to pull it down & push the air. Re-fill fluid if necessary & install the resevoir cap & make sure the rubber seals. Pump the brake & you should have pressure. It took a few rides and pumping the brakes but will eventually work the air up to the resevoir. Typical bleeding practices didnt work. The rear caliper is worse so avoid breaking the lines.

If its not self draining then its another issue that I had as well & I will tell you what I did.

Sometimes brake caliper pistons will get air pockets behind them where a conventional or any other type of bleeding just doesn't work.

Remove the master cylinder cover and diaphragm, pull the caliper off and remove the brake pads.  With a pair of Channel-Locks push the piston to it's seat in the caliper, then pump the piston back out a ways, then repeat.  The back and forth motion of the piston will help dislodge any air pockets that may have developed.  After doing this about 15-20 times, install the pads, caliper, and reassemble the master cylinder.  Then perform a simple pump, hold, bleed procedure to remove the air from the calipers.

If this does not work, you may need to remove the pistons, thoroughly clean the calipers, then try it all again.
