well got the eiger back today after a full rebuild and it will not turn my stockers in a bind i dunno what is different then it was before it blowed except it has 1/2 clutch kit weights 1/2 factory weights due to the clutch coming off and i lost half the weights also its has a grinding noise coming from the one way bearing like brake pads rub when theres dirt in them but the bearing is clean it was removed cleaned and put back it's gone from smoking 27's to cant turn 25 dunlop's??

Did u say that you lost half of your clutch weights?

i lost half the kit weights so i replaced with factory weights they are steigered equally kit weight factory weight etc etc.

Yea, that might be it, if it revs up that much then die. Have you clean your carb lately?

Have made sure that your muffler isn't full of dried up mud? mine was/ I bought a new HMF Utility 4 mine. 2006 Eiger snorkled, 27" Mud Bugs, 2" lift

Watch that new HMF it will fill up with mud too! I just had to clean mine out with a 3ft piece of rebar!

How bout it turkeyboy, any luck on fixin the eiger?

not sure i got to test it its rained all day yesterday so i didnt mess with it got to get a torque wrench while i had my primary off i went ahead and shimmed it 1 1/2 mm gonna test that may have to drop back down to 1mm i dunno but ill report!
