CVT Snorkel
~about 10' of 1.5" abs(black) or pvc(white) pipe w/ stacks included

CVT Intake                                   CVT Exhaust
1 - 3" to 1.5" adapter                     6 - 90* 1.5" elbows
(used stock int. boot)                     1 - 2" to 1.5" pipe adapter
2 - 60* 1.5" elbows                              (used stock exh. boot)
3 - 90* 1.5" elbows                        2 - 90* 1.5 elbows for snorkel tops
1 - 1.5" to 1.5" rubber flex adapter    1 - 1.5" to 1.5" rubber flex adapter
1 - band clamp                              1 - band clamp

Airbox Snorkel
~about 3' of 2" abs pipe w/ stacks included

1 Airbox Adapter @ http://www.cometkartsales.com/store/air/boxes.htm look for airbox inner rubber boot at bottom of page.....$10 and well worth it
3 - 45* 2" elbows
1 - 90* 2" eblow
1 - 90* 2" elbow for snorkel (stack) top
1 - band clamp

I used as much black as I could except I wanted to paint alll my pipe red!! I used marine silicon to seal the box and box adapter..shown below. I found all of these pieces at Lowe's except for the airbox adapter which as the link above. I made this so I would be able to take off the plastics leaving the snorkels on the body work and all the plumbing attached to the bike, except the airbox plumbing...there is no room to attach the rubber flex pipe adapter, as you will see below.

This was a very long process so I will not tell you how long it took....good luck. If you have any questions just ask!

NOTE: To fill the stock intake hole on the airbox, I used to stock rubber piece in the opening and cut most of it off that stuck into the airbox. I then cut a piece of fiberglass, you can use the lid piece that u will remove to get to this point, and fit it to the rubber pieces opening. I then marine silicon the entire area, the pictures do not give this thing justice (it will survive a nuke blast!), along with the o2 sensor on the bottom of the box and all the little pop rivet holes from removing this lid. I also used this silicon to seal the adapter from the link above!!!

HINT: Use white out, like the stuff u put on paper instead of erasing, and mark all you connections so they will go back together in the right orientation when u start glue'n this stuff together...I told you to save u time and money!

The lift was done by my bro on a night he just couldn't look at the lift in the box any longer, so all I have are the before and after photos!! no big problems installing this, read instructions. You need two people to install cause he had issues tightening both sides on the rear at the same time..

Awesome write up little brother, very well put together. Might need to ask the Admin to make it a sticky KQ thread.

Here are a few words about the lift. The lift was simple, follow directions closely for the rear of the bike. Loc-Tite everything you put back on. Thats prttey much it, it made the bike ride alot better we'll see how it does with the 28" laws. Great write-up Scott, turned out nice.
